Amazon Fire

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, scroll down to Apps
  2. Scroll until you find the Sling TV app. If an update is available, you'll see an Update button
  3. If a pop-up appears, select Update App Now
  4. The app will update, and once finished, the app will launch automatically

Android Mobile

  1. Exit the Sling TV app, then launch the Google Play Store
  2. Next, open My Apps then locate the Sling TV app
  3. If an update is available, an update button will be available on the Sling TV app page
  4. Click Update to begin the update process

Android TV/AirTV Mini/AirTV Player

  1. Exit the Sling TV app, then launch the Google Play Store
  2. Next, open My Apps then locate the Sling TV app
  3. If an update is available, an update button will be available on the Sling TV app page
  4. Click Update to begin the update process

Google Chrome Browser

  1. Click the Settings icon (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of your browser window
  2. Next, click Update Google Chrome. If this option isn’t available, you’re on the most recent version
  3. Finally, click Relaunch

iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)

  1. Launch the App Store, then tap Today on the bottom of the screen
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top of the screen
  3. Scroll down to see pending updates; tap Update next to the SLING app

LG TV

  1. Press the Home button on your remote
  2. Choose Settings in the top right
  3. Select All Settings in the bottom right
  4. Choose General on the left
  5. Scroll down and select About this TV
  6. Make sure Allow automatic updates is checked, then select Check for updates

Roku

  1. Return to the Home screen, then select Settings
  2. Click System, then System Update
  3. Next, click Check now to scan for updates
  4. If an update is available, your Roku will automatically begin installation

Samsung

  1. From the Samsung Smart Hub, select Apps, then My Apps
  2. Find the Sling TV app in the My Apps section
  3. Hold down the Select/Enter button. When a list of options appears, select Reinstall
  4. Once the install is complete, power off your TV, then turn it back on. The Sling TV app will load with the most recent version

TiVO Stream 4K

  1. From Android TV Home, select Apps
  2. Select Get more apps
  3. Select My Apps on the top of the screen
  4. Select the App to check if there are updates

tvOS (Apple TV)

  1. Launch the App Store, then scroll over and select Purchased
  2. On the left side of the screen, highlight All Apps, then scroll down and select SLING TV
  3. If an update is available, an Update button will be available on the app info screen

XBOX One

  1. Return to the XBOX home screen, then select Store, located in the top middle of your home screen
  2. Next, open Apps. Search the app store for the Sling TV application
  3. Select the Sling TV app, then See in XBOX Store
  4. If an update is available, an icon will be located on the left side of your screen, above Launch
  5. Select Update to update the Sling TV application

Windows 10

  1. From the Windows store, click the user icon, then select Downloads and updates
  2. Click the blue Check for updates box (you can also check for updates for specific apps by visiting their page in the Windows Store
