Verify Address

  • May I please have you verify the physical address on the account?

Device Refund (BRM)

  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to package the [device] for return and the address to return the equipment. Please print the email and include it with the [device] for processing. 
  • You will receive a separate email from UPS providing a prepaid shipping label. Please be sure to attach the shipping label to the outside of your shipping package.
  • A refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase when the item is received and processed. 
  • Most refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear back on the card.

Device Exchange

  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to package the [device] for return and the address to return the equipment. Please print the email and include it with the [device] for processing and be sure to return the equipment within the next 30 days. You will receive a separate email from UPS providing a prepaid shipping label. Please be sure to attach the shipping label to the outside of your shipping package. 
  • Your Exchange will be handled when the item is received and processed. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for transit (5-7 for AK and HI). Your replacement device will continue to be covered under your current warranty.

Remote Exchange

  • In 3-5 business days you will receive your replacement remote (5-7 for AK and HI). 
  • Your replacement remote will continue to be covered under your current warranty.

Device Out of Warranty

  • At this time, your device is no longer under warranty. 
  • The warranty was initially started on mm/dd/yyyy when the device was activated, and ended on mm/dd/yyyy.
