Customers can request that Sling TV stop calling, emailing and mailing them.

Customers can still send emails to Sling and reply to support emails but do not attempt to upsell or overly sell extra features.

Stop Phone – Stops all calls from Sling, including account notifications such as bill and account status updates.

Stop Postal Email – Stops marketing mail such as flyers from Sling.

Stop Email – Customers can select unsubscribe from the bottom of marketing emails from Sling and select what kinds of emails they want to receive in the future. Unsubscribe All stops all emails from Sling, including account notifications such as bill and account status updates.

Locate Contact

 
  1. Locate the customer's Contact page in Knowledge
    1. If a Contact does not exist, create one
  2. Select Edit

Choose the Contact Methods to Stop

 
  1. Scroll down to choose from Stop Phone, Stop Postal Email, or Stop Email and select Yes on the selections to stop them
  2. Click Save
